Well in just a few hours I will be traveling to West Yellowstone with some friends to watch 8 hours of football at a sports bar there. We’ll start by watching the WSU/Auburn game and stay until the tail end of Northwestern/Cal. Anyways tis the season for college football, and as a result I’ve decided to change my team name to “Crimson Roulette”. It should be a fun season for Seahawks, and Cougars alike. So onto what I did in fantasy.
I got some really good advice from captainjacksfantasyfootball about my roster depth. He suggested that I drop a kicker to make room for Kenbrell Thompkins. Great decision, because I don’t think Rob Bironas is going to score many points for my fantasy team. I then got to thinking that maybe I had too many tight ends on my team, so I dropped Martellus Bennett and picked up this guy.
For those of you who don’t know about Jacquizz Rodgers the sooner you’d better find out. I think he can be an excellent sleeper for your fantasy team. Sure Steven Jackson may be the feature back, but he’s got some mileage on him and I think that Rodgers has the capability to make big plays in an explosive Falcons offense. Those of us Pac-12 fans know full well what this little guy is capable of (with some of those unfortunately coming against my Cougars).
Here’s a preview of my fantasy Week 1 matchup against my friend Ryan.

It doesn’t quite have the projections just yet, but as you can see my team is looking at an easy win for Week 1. I won’t get too cocky yet though because I have a full season of fantasy yet to play.
Best of luck to all your football teams and Go Cougs!
HOHOHO!
