Hoooray I evened my record with an impressive 4-1 showing last week. I’m also 3-1 in fantasy and looking to improve off my 1-0 start to my NFL picks this week. First off let’s go to Tallahassee, Florida.
#25 Marland at #8 Florida State

(25) Maryland
(4-0, 1-0 away)

(8) Florida St
(4-0, 2-0 ACC)
Maryland is ranked for the first time this year, and their first challenge is Florida State at home. Sucks to be a Terrapin.
My Pick: #8 Florida State
Michigan State at Iowa

Michigan St
(3-1, 0-1 away)

Iowa
(4-1, 1-0 Big Ten)
This game could be a big step towards determining playing position in the Big Ten Legends division. Michigan State suffered a close road loss to Notre Dame last week, and Iowa notched up a conference win against Minnesota so the Hawkeyes clearly have momentum on their side. There’s also just too much energy at Kinnick Stadium for me to pick against Iowa.
My Pick: Iowa
#24 Ole Miss at Auburn

(24) Ole Miss
(3-1, 1-1 SEC)

Auburn
(3-1, 1-1 SEC)
Even though Ole Miss did have a tough shutout loss to Alabama, I’m still going with them even with that blemish. Auburn may be undefeated at home, but the Rebels early wins and stronger strength of schedule speak for itself.
My Pick: #24 Ole Miss
Missouri at Vanderbilt

Missouri
(4-0, 1-0 away)

Vanderbilt
(3-2, 0-2 SEC)
The Tigers haven’t played anyone that good, but Vanderbilt has struggled in conference play and I don’t think that they will be able to stop a Missouri attack that has the NCAA’s 7th ranked offense.
My Pick: Missouri
#22 Arizona State at Notre Dame

(22) Arizona St
(3-1, 1-1 Pac-12)

Notre Dame
(3-2)
Arizona State just got off of a blowout win over USC while Notre Dame suffered a double digit loss to now #11 Oklahoma last week. This is a neutral site game so the Irish won’t have their fans to back them up in Arlington, and the Sun Devils only blemish was a loss to #5 Stanford. There’s a chance this one could get ugly.
My Pick: #22 Arizona State
#4 Ohio State at #16 Northwestern

(4) Ohio St
(5-0, 1-0 Big Ten)

(16) Northwestern
(4-0, 3-0 home)
I don’t think I have ever seen Northwestern ranked that high. I don’t think that’ll last very long though because Ohio State just has too many weapons and too strong of a leader in Braxton Miller. I want them to lose, but Ohio State won’t get their first loss just yet.
My Pick: #4 Ohio State
#15 Washington at #5 Stanford

(15) Washington
(4-0, 1-0 Pac-12)

(5) Stanford
(4-0, 2-0 Pac-12)
Oh if UW and OSU both lose it will be a glorious week. Sadly I only think it will be one, who else did you think I would pick.
My Pick: #5 Stanford
My Record: 12-12
Stay classy everyone, and best of luck to all your teams.
HOHOHO!
