Welcome to another exciting NFL Primetime Preview. Let’s start with the Sunday Night game between the Green Bay Packers and the Washington Redskins.
How Green Bay Wins: Their defense has to show up tonight. They got outschooled and outclassed by a Tennessee team last week that just now plummeted below the NFL’s Mendoza Line at 5-6. If they allow Kirk Cousins to go off this is going to be a long day for this defense. Aaron Rodgers can’t score 50 every night.
How Washington Wins: Kirk Cousins continues his tear through the NFL, and the Redskins work a balanced attack with Matt Jones rushing the football. Force Green Bay to throw the ball, and bottle up Eddie Lacy so that the Packers don’t have any running lanes they can go to.
The Bottom Line: I lose faith in Green Bay week by week, and I gain it in the Redskins more and more. Washington avenges last season’s playoff loss, and they continue to make a strong case for the last NFC Wild Card.

How Houston Wins: Lamar Miller has a big day rushing the football, because in all honesty we can only expect Brock Osweiler to do so much. As long as their defense performs admirably and the Texans can find one-on-one matchups with DeAndre Hopkins they should be ok.
How Oakland Wins: Derek Carr is surprisingly one of the frontrunners in the NFL MVP race. The irony is even funnier considering he’s going against the team that drafted his brother originally. As long as he has a big game, throws to Amari Cooper, and that Oakland offensive line gets a push they will win big.
The Bottom Line: Houston has folded this season against top-tier competition. I do not expect them to beat the Raiders even though it is in Mexico City. Oakland wins and is the biggest threat to the New England Patriots in the AFC.
Well that’s all. Hope you all had a good weekend. I’m 94-63-2 on the year. Stay Classy!
