WATCH: Howard makes mammoth block

On Friday night, the Seattle Storm pulled off an overtime 95-91 winner at the Key Arena in Seattle, Wash. As the game was going back and forth, free agent signing Natasha Howard came up with a huge block to keep the Sky from scoring some more points.

Howard finished the night with 16 points while shooting nearly 67% from the field in 33 minutes. But the veteran forward’s biggest contribution was her rebounding prowess as she pulled in 27.8% of defensive rebounds and 14.7% of offensive boards. It was an impressive performance for forward and it’s what the Storm are going to need from her going forward if they’re going to advance past the first round of the playoffs.
