The New York Yankees came from behind to knock off the Houston Astros 6-5 in ten innings today. While the Yankees walked it off in the bottom half of the inning, they were lucky to not be trailing heading into the bottom of the 10th.
Houston had Tony Kemp in scoring position when a wild pitch from Aroldis Chapman bounced off of the top of the advertising board behind home plate and straight to catcher Gary Sanchez. Sanchez then promptly threw Kemp out when he was trying to advance to third base.
New York walked it off in the bottom of the 10th following a double by Miguel Andujar and a single by Gleyber Torres.
