Bucks set to unveil massive $1 billion arena and development package

The Bucks are expected to announce a $1 billion arena and development proposal early Wednesday. It’s the biggest step towards keeping the franchise in Milwaukee sense Gov. Scott Walker announced an arena financing proposal.
