The WSU Cougars women’s basketball team lost their 59th straight game to Stanford on Saturday, 75-56. Washington State was unable to keep the Cardinal out of the paint, and it cost them the game.
The Cougars were expected to lose this game by a 17 points. Stanford ended up covering the spread, thanks to a late touchdown. While it was a tough game for Cougar fans to watch, it wasn’t all that surprising.
